China State Shipbuilding Equipment and Materials Corporation Limited (CSEMC) is a company established in 2020 by China State Shipbuilding Corporation Limited (CSSC) through the joint restructuring of CSSC's subsidiaries. CSEMC's total assets exceeded RMB 50 billion and its net assets exceeded RMB 7 billion, with annual operating income surpassing RMB 100 billion for multiple years. CSEMC's main businesses cover two major fields: military and civilian, serving both domestic and international markets. CSEMC has supported CSSC come out in front in the military industry group through central enterprise procurement management benchmark evaluations.
