CSEMC always adheres to the implementation of national bidding laws and regulations as well as the management regulations of CSSC. The Company conducts bidding agency work in accordance with the law and regulations, and has a complete internal management system and standardized work processes. We possess a professional workforce and a powerful expert system, providing bidding services for large and medium-sized investment projects such as technical transformation, infrastructure construction projects, capacity-building projects of CSSC and member units, and national key engineering projects.

7.ENERGY AND CHEMICAL INDUSTRY

The Company is deeply engaged in the field of energy and chemical industry, based on ensuring the production needs of the subordinate enterprises of CSSC. Business varieties cover energy and chemical products such as refined oil, coal and paint; As the main product, refined oil has an annual operation capacity of over 1 million tons and storage capacity in Jiangsu, Shanghai and Heilongjiang. The Company actively expands the business outside the system. It is the supplier of Sinopec, CNOOC and Sinochem, and has the first-level agent qualification of Xiamen Shuangrui Paint. The Company has carried out in-depth cooperation with North Huajin, Shandong large-scale refinery, Hengli Petrochemical, Zhejiang Petrochemical, Shenghong Petrochemical, Panjin refinery and other enterprises to create a smooth channel for mining, transportation and marketing. 8.RENEWABLE RESOURCES

The Company will continue to strengthen the management of centralized disposal of waste materials in industrial enterprises of CSSC, build a complete and unified waste materials management system, realize unified implementation, unified management and unified coordination, and implement centralized acquisition, centralized processing and centralized sales of steel scrap.
