China State Shipbuilding Equipment and Materials Corporation Limited (CSEMC) is a company established in 2020 by China State Shipbuilding Corporation Limited (CSSC) through the joint restructuring of CSSC's subsidiaries, China Shipbuilding Industry Equipment & Materials Co., Ltd and China Shipbuilding Industrial Complete Equipment & Logistics Co., Ltd. After the restructuring, the company's total assets exceeded RMB 50 billion and its net assets exceeded RMB 7 billion, with annual operating income surpassing RMB 10 billion for multiple years. The headquarter of CSEMC is located in Beijing, and it has more than 60 wholly-owned, holding or shareholding companies at home and abroad, with a workforce of over 1,300 personnel. The company's main businesses cover two major fields: military and civilian, serving both domestic and international markets. 

Since the restructuring, CSEMC has continuously been awarded the A-level for business performance by the CSSC. It has also supported CSSC come out in front in the military industry group through central enterprise procurement management benchmark evaluations. CSEMC has developed into a central procurement platform, a full supply chain services platform, an important support for the international material supply chain, and a key support for land activation and utilization. In CSSC's quest to become a worldclass shipbuilding group and for China to become a shipbuilding power, CSEMC plays an irreplaceable and important role.
